Jeremy has owned and operated an executive search and selection business since 2001, operating across both the sport and support services sectors. In the sport sector, the business has completed many assignments internationally, in the UK and with clients which include international governing bodies, European agencies and major UK commercial clubs. In the support services sector, clients have included major global consultancies as well as European based logistics, support services and business process outsourcing companies. Typically, clients have been those businesses seeking to secure the best senior and middle managers in the current marketplace through working with a highly professional search business which provides a personal, client-focused service.

Prior to setting up his search business, Jeremy had enjoyed a 20-year career within major blue-chip businesses, including Glaxo, Lex, Hays, and Inchcape. His roles included both Business Development and Operations responsibility, including a period at Hays where he had won new contracts, set-up and then managed these businesses which were the most profitable businesses in the group. His last role at Inchcape, the world’s largest independent motor distributor, was as Managing Director of the UK Business Services Division and he decided to leave the corporate world in 2001 in order to make use of his extensive market knowledge and vast network in favour of his current search business.

Jeremy continues to run his search business in addition to his broad role at MEI which includes the lead role in the MEI careers and recruitment stream
