Ralf has set up and managed a global recruitment and executive search organisation with emphasis on ship-management, aviation,
ship-aviation and infrastructure financing. His organisation is globally networked and his clients range from banks to airlines.
Ralf is operating out of Cyprus but frequently travelling in Europe and Asia. His recruitment experience reaches from technical
to senior managerial roles in many countries. He has a deep understanding of business practises and the cultures of continental
European and Asian markets.

Previously Ralf held senior marketing and sales roles in companies such as British Airways, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, DFDS Seaways
and Festival Cruises. Ralf is of German origin and he has lived and worked in Singapore, Indonesia, UK, Italy Australia and Cyprus.
